We've been waiting to adjust our schedule and operations until we had a better understanding of the current situation we are all facing. With deadlines being set and then changed, extended, etc... we felt we should wait to make any scheduling plans. As of now, we've postponed our upcoming tournament that was scheduled for May 16th. All registered athletes have been fully refunded. We chose to issue actual refunds instead of vouchers because of the immense financial burden the majority of us are dealing with. We don't believe in holding on to your money while waiting for our next event that you may or may not be able to attend due the hardships placed on you today. Also, the uncertainty of when we will be allowed to hold our next event- due to social distancing and stay-at-home orders, etc...- made us feel it was best for us to make all financial resources available to our competitors now. We will be scheduling our next event as soon as we feel confident the date will ACTUALLY not change, have to be rescheduled or cancelled. We've seen other promotions set a new date only to have to reschedule again for a later date when it became apparent that the pandemic was larger and longer lasting than anticipated. Also, we know that dates will be filling up and we want to make sure that we schedule our events so that they do not interfere with other's event dates. More events on different dates means more Jiu Jitsu for us all! We will keep everyone updated on our future plans and tournament scheduling as it becomes available. Right now, we're focused on determining the best way that we, as a company, can provide some relief for the communities and help those who have been working and caring for us all through the COVID-19 pandemic. We look forward to the future and seeing everyone again on the mats! For now, take care of yourself, your loved ones and those less fortunate than yourself. See you soon! OSS!

Local regulations and ordinances have eased enough for us to confidently continue booking events. New safety measures will be in place at all upcoming tournaments until further notice in order to comply with CDC recommendations and venue requirements. The safety of our team and attendees are of the upmost importance to us and we are confident in our ability to offer a safe, fun and competitive atmosphere for our competitors and participants. See you on the mats!
